Overview
Paige, a GCG company, is currently seeking a Marketing Director to manage and oversee day-to-day marketing activities across multiple business units at Paige!
As Paige's Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading effective marketing strategies and execution to propel company growth . You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns . Reporting to the Vice President, this is a great opportunity to enhance the marketing function at Paige.
The ideal candidate is goal oriented, self-directed and has an outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style which is essential to build rapport across teams . The ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions are key in this role.
This work involves innovation and creativity in generating ideas and high quality solutions. The job requires getting things done quickly, handling a variety of activities across various departments. Problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others is essential. A leadership style that motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic way is important.
The position will oversee an established and seasoned team of outside freelancers and contractors with an opportunity to recruit and hire an internal team over time.
What you'll do
Product Marketing
Lead the planning, development, and execution of holistic and integrated customer communications that supports product development goals (voice of the customer/customer development)
Develop high quality marketing materials: presentations, printed and digital collateral and videos
Help ensure great storytelling improves internal and external communication and brand/product messaging
Business Unit Strategy and Budget Allocation
Create marketing plan and budget to effectively reach target customers and support each business unit’s sales goals
Maintain complete marketing budget, including capturing costs by business unit, channel, campaign, and tradeshow
Enhance online presence and sales funnel
Copywriting for press releases and social media posts, blogs
Email marketing
Optimize sales funnel through leveraging website tools (Drift, Salesforce)
Advertising and Promotions
Create branded collateral and swag for customers
Create point of sale materials
Lead advertising campaign initiatives across multiple industry trade publications, Google Ads, and paid social
Oversee development of all communications, including PR, organic social, SEO efforts, white papers and blog articles
Brand Management
Champion and maintain brand standards across all business units
Manage brand and creative assets
Ensure all agency and freelancer deliverables are on-brand
Tradeshow Management
Drive central tradeshow and event strategy, making strategic recommendations by business unit.
Maintain inventory of owned tradeshow booth structures and furniture, determining when to add or enhance structures based on business needs
Oversee tradeshow operations contractors and ensure the sales teams at each business unit are happy with their service and experience at shows
What you'll bring
Knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to marketing and communications
Highly developed organizational and communications skills
Experience managing creative contractors and agencies
Experience building and maintaining project management systems (Asana, Monday)
Experience with digital asset management, including developing naming systems and folder structures
Experience in defining, building and leading a marketing team a plus
Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 or more years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
